Exchange and Returns Policy

Please decide carefully as we will not accept a return or exchange if you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong product.

We stand by the ‘Consumer Guarantees Act’ and if the item is faulty we will return or exchange it. Clearance and sale items are non-returnable and are final sales. No exchanges or refunds will be given if items have been used or tags have been removed. Any items that have been specially ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please return faulty products to us as soon as possible with the proof of purchase. We will pass them onto our suppliers for evaluation. We are unable to issue a replacement until we have received the item. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover the returns postage fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 20 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

Veterinary products and supplementary items, bits, and helmets cannot be returned or exchanged.
