The Back on Track “Back Brace” is one of our most requested garments. It is ideal for mid to lower back pain, and is available with an option of a wide or narrow front. It has a soft removable pad in the back which allows for optimum contact with the skin, and an adjustable hook and loop fastening in the front.

Wide Front: designed for more posture support, or for those that are standing during their daily activities, such as butchers etc.

Narrow Front:  allows more flexibility for sitting, bending or riding etc. while still giving support.

Tip: If pain (including sciatic pain) is in the lower back, hip and buttock area, the boxer-shorts or long-johns are another good option. These are a more “slimmer-fit” option for day wear.
